It's almost November.. which means life is about to get a whole lot busier. We have about 12 birthdays in my family between November and December {including mine and Kailyn's!}, Thanksgiving and only 58 more days until Christmas!!!!
I have been thinking about the things that I am thankful for in light of upcoming holidays and my list is getting pretty long. I'll only share a few today but next month the thankfulness is on like donkey kong {lame?! yes... and I'll take it}.
I'm thankful for...
My amazing husband.
I can chase my dreams and know that he is supporting me.
My kids.
They keep me on my toes and make life fun and worth the ups and downs.
My family and friends.
I love you guys!!
My clients.
I love you guys too! And truly treasure you!
Cupcakes.
Seriously? I just admitted that I am thankful for cupcakes and the sugary happiness that they provide.

Oh yes!! You make so many of my days so much more productive!

I am thankful for God, he has gotten me through a lot recently, my husband for being my rock, my children for making me smile and laugh every day, my parents for raising me right, my family and circle of friends for just being in my life and of course a nice cup of coffee to wake up to and a good glass of wine after a long hard day !

Other than the obvious, I'm thankful for a week with my most fashionable, fabulous friend, THE Nicole Benitez, Sam Adams Octoberfest, my new injinji toe socks and SportShield (body lube).

I am thankful for the opportunity to attend university on scholarship, and I'm thankful for my family's support while I am away. I am also thankful for my friends who have kept in touch with me all these years and even when we have moved great distances from each other.

Thankful that after much consideration and prayer we decided to accept a two year unaccompanied tour. After a few months in, we find out he will deploy for a year in January. Very thankful we trusted our faith and our decision that there was a reason the family should stay put.
I'm thankful for my family. I have the best husband. He isn't always talkative but when I don't have shoes to match an outfit or an outfit to match my shoes he always says "honey lets go shopping and find you something"...I know he sounds made up right?! He is the best and an awesome dad.
I am thankful for so much! Of course my amazing family. My perfect husband. My unbelievably beautiful and incredibly loving children. My wonderful friends. But beyond that, I am just so grateful to be Alive. To be surrounded by Beauty. To be privileged to capture that beauty and preserve it as art. I am thankful for music. For being able to sing my heart out. For always being provided everything I need, even when things seem impossibly tough. I am even beyond grateful for the trials and hardships because I know that I am receiving exactly what I need to grow.
